The KAYLA Fellowship is open to 10th–12th grade students who are passionate about leadership, service, and community. Each KAYLA Fellow is paired with a mentor who provides guidance and support throughout the year. Together, they design a fellow-led project in either a service-oriented project or a research-based paper.

All projects and papers are designed to deepen KAYLA Fellow’s understanding of the interconnectedness of our community, KAYLA’s four core values, and the importance of civic engagement. All ideas will be reviewed by an advisor before the start of the project to ensure focus, impact, and feasibility.
